Job Responsibilities: • The position will report to the president, and be responsible for all strategic planning, business development and marketing for the firm. • Planning, development, and implementation of company marketing plan • Procurement of new business within existing client base and new customers • Coordinate and manage overall marketing efforts of business to include company executives, shareholders, and third-party representatives • Oversight of the preparation of presentations and responses to RFP’s, RFQ’s, etc. • Primary speaker at short-list presentations • Development of company marketing materials • Management of marketing staff • Attendance at industry conferences, client functions, etc as necessary Job Requirements: Ten or more years experience in lead sales and marketing role for a commercial construction company or design firm Extensive experience in higher education projects Knowledge of mid to upper-level of decision-makers within public entities in the Florida Market Stable job history.
