"Help Wanted: Divisional Manager- Drywall Contractor" Divisional Manager- Drywall Contractor Location: Central,New England Cash Compensation: Job Description: We are currently working confidentially with a large, privately-held, Interiors Subcontractor (Drywall) who seeks a Divisional President for it's New England Office. This is an exceptional management opportunity, with exceptional pay and upward mobility. Because the role is management intensive, we do not require someone from the Interiors market, but will consider someone from specialty or general construction. We are also open to either an experienced manager or one junior who aspires to a leadership role. Additional details include someone with a stable job history working on midsized to large commercial projects; knowledge of typical production rates for drywall and acoustic ceiling activities; five or more year’s construction estimating, sales, supervision, and/or project management; excellent communication skills - both verbal and written; ability to produce proposals and presentations and sell work, as well as oversee regional office operations.
